This DIY pumpkin idea is AMAZING!  I just had to share.  My lil man is having a pumpkin decorating contest and this will be his entry.  Keep your fingers crossed he gets 1st place.  If so, it looks like I'll have a very grateful Thank You letter to write to jewelry designer Eddie Borgo.  Happy Carving!

Supplies:

Pumpkin
Carving knife and spoon
Jewelry studs (Borgo recommends studsandspikes.com or M&J Trimming)
Krylon matte black spray paint

Begin by carving the pumpkin, after emptying out the seeds and pulp.

Start studding!

Now fill in the surrounding uncovered areas with studs
