Let me start off by saying that I usually don't get too into Halloween.  I'm not a fan of scary of movies and the last thing I want to be doing is spending my night screaming my head off as a possessed zombie chases after me with a chainsaw, as that's usually how halloween goes around here.  But this year, halloween was different.  I was actually semi-hyped about celebrating it for a change and it turns out I had good reason.  The day was so action packed for me I barely had time to break.  I partied with my sister-in-law during the day at her Halloween mixer and I spent part of my night laughing my head off at the hilariously funny Eddie Griffin.  His comedy show is AMAZING and he was worth every penny I spent to see him.  I managed to pass out candy to the cute little kiddies, which is always a delight to me and I spent the rest of the night having a wonderful time with friends.  My posse went out of their way this year to construct a halloween scary maze that was spook-tacular and we all dressed up and entertained the neighborhood.  As usual I was last minute with my costume so I also spent time scrambling to get last minutes pieces and putting on finishing touches.  I ended up going with the costume "One Night Stand" that was featured in my Halloween Costume Ideas post and it was a HIT!  Now, I am about to go and relax and regroup and eat the candy that's calling my name.
